This partnership is especially close to our hearts. When my sister, Mare, lived in New Jersey, she was a dedicated foster mom for Eleventh Hour Rescue. She had more than a few "foster fails" along the way — including the beloved Tootsie and Rollie, who quickly went from fosters to forever family.
