Every order is made just for you, and we stand behind every one. If something isn't right, email support@puppyjo.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Fewer than 1% of orders ever need it.
Wrong size?
Keep it, or pass it on to a dog lover who'll wear it. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we'll send it to you free. Nothing to mail back. Not sure which size? Tell us your usual tee size and we'll help you choose.
Changed your mind, or want a different design?
Nothing to mail back. Within 30 days of delivery we'll email you a one-time code for the price of the item, so you can pick what you'd rather have. Just type it in at checkout.
Damaged, defective, or not what you ordered
Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it free, or refund you in full to your original payment method. No return needed.
What we can't take back
- Personalized and custom-made items, since they're printed with your dog's name or photo and made for you alone. If something is wrong with one, we'll remake it or send you a code for its price.
- Gift cards.
Everyday prices
Many designs show a regular price next to a lower current price. That never makes them final sale and doesn't change anything above.
To keep this fair for everyone, we keep track of replacement and code requests and may decline requests that show a pattern of misuse.
