This product generally take 4 weeks to be created and delivered to you. It takes 1 weeks to design and get the artwork approved, 1 week to knit your order, and 2 weeks to deliver.
We send all customers an artwork proof and ask for your approval before knitting. If there is an issue with your order (e.g. new pet photo is needed, artwork iterations), this understandably will extend your production time. So the faster you approve, the quicker we can ship!
All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.
