Where are you located?
We are a US-based company. We print our t-shirts right here in the USA, like all US companies should. We have printers in both Florida and Texas.
Do you ship internationally?
We have not yet launched internationally, but plan to do so in 2026. Stay tuned for updates by subscribing to our email.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package’s journey—right to your doorstep.
What materials are your products made of?
We're picky about quality because your comfort matters. Our t-shirts are made with the Bella Canvas 3001—a buttery-soft, lightweight tee that feels amazing against your skin and holds up wash after wash. For cooler days, our sweatshirts feature the Gildan 18000, a cozy fleece-lined crew that's perfect for layering or lounging.
Both are soft enough for all-day wear, durable enough for whatever life throws at them, and gentle on sensitive skin. Check each product page for specific details.
What if it doesn't fit, or I don't love it?
Nothing to send back. Wrong size? Email support@puppyjo.com within 30 days of delivery with the size you need and we'll send it to you free. Changed your mind or want a different design? We'll email you a one-time code for the price of the item. Keep the original or pass it on.
Damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Send a photo and we'll replace it free, or refund you in full.
