How does a digital gift card work?

We email a code. Your recipient enters it at checkout on puppyjo.com and it comes straight off their total. Nothing physical is mailed.
When does it arrive?

Usually within a few minutes of your order being confirmed. If it hasn't turned up, check the spam folder first — then email support@puppyjo.com and we'll resend it.
Can I send it straight to someone else?

Yes. Choose Recipient's email above and enter their address, and we'll deliver it to them for you. Choose My email if you'd rather get it yourself and pass it on when you're ready.
Does it expire?

No. It never expires, and there are no fees taken out of it.
What can it be used on?

Everything in the shop — tees, sweatshirts, mugs, ornaments, blankets, and the custom portraits made from a photo of your own dog. Any balance left over stays on the card for next time.
Can it be used with a discount code?

Yes. A gift card is a payment method, not a discount, so a code still applies on top. The card covers whatever is left of the total.
