I really support this company. I ordered a sweatshirt, and the size was too large. I asked about an exchange, and they're sending me the correct size and to told me to keep the larger size. I'll be donating it to someone in need. My doddle is a therapy dog, so I will be wearing my Puppy Jo shirts when we visit schools, hospitals, and senior residences. Support this family-owned business that gives to rescue.

I operate a dog boarding business, and I requested my 3 doodles appear in an image. They not only did it very quickly once I told them what kind of doodles I have, but the also customized the multi-colored bernedoodle to look exactly like our guy! I love it!

What is this ornament made of?
It's ceramic, 4 mm thick, with a premium upgraded coating that keeps the printed artwork vibrant, clear and detailed.
The design is applied by full-color sublimation, printed edge to edge, on one side — the back is plain, unprinted ceramic. A 1/4" ivory satin ribbon comes pre-attached, and it arrives in a white gloss gift box with a gold elastic ribbon and two padded protective inserts.
What size is the ornament?
It's 4" wide × 3" tall — a horizontal rectangle with rounded corners, about 102 × 76 mm and 4 mm thick. One size, and the 1/4" ivory satin ribbon is already attached, so there's nothing to thread.

We're a US-based company. Your ornament is made to order by our ceramic printing partner and ships straight to you.
How long until it arrives?
Every item is made for you after you order, so nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting to be grabbed off a shelf.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once it's on the way, USPS delivery takes another 4–7 business days depending on where you are.
Shipping is free on orders over $49. Under that, it's a flat $5.99. We currently ship within the USA only.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
What if it doesn't fit, or I don't love it?
Nothing to send back. Wrong size? Email support@puppyjo.com within 30 days of delivery with the size you need and we'll send it to you free. Changed your mind or want a different design? We'll email you a one-time code for the price of the item. Keep the original or pass it on.
Damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Send a photo and we'll replace it free, or refund you in full.
