I really support this company. I ordered a sweatshirt, and the size was too large. I asked about an exchange, and they're sending me the correct size and to told me to keep the larger size. I'll be donating it to someone in need. My doddle is a therapy dog, so I will be wearing my Puppy Jo shirts when we visit schools, hospitals, and senior residences. Support this family-owned business that gives to rescue.
The fit for me was just right..i really think the brown color was a good choice

Love the fit. My only wish is that it was a women’s fit and not unisex. The picture looks just like my Alfred!

Great fit. Goes with everything. ❤️
Fit, fabric and design are all terrific. Love my shirt.
Fit and fabric are fine.
Fabric ok. A bit scratchy but at least not thin. For is generous. Neckline a bit close and scratchy. Doodle is adorable.

ASKED AND ANSWERED.
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes, right on this page. Upload their photo, add their name and the dates if you'd like, and you'll see a live preview of your plaque before you add it to your cart.
Take a moment to get it just right: the preview is how it will be printed.
What is the plaque made of?
The panel is 5 mm premium acrylic with a sharp, full-color printed design. It stands in a wooden LED base that lights it from below.
Each plaque is made for you after you order — never pulled off a shelf.
How big is it?
The acrylic panel is 7" tall × 5.9" wide and 5 mm thick, sitting in a wooden base. A comfortable size for a nightstand, shelf, desk or mantel.
Corded or battery base?
Both are the same wooden base with the same 7 light colors, color changes and cycles.
- USB plug-in: always ready, with a small attached controller to pick colors and modes. Best near an outlet.
- Cordless battery: no cord, so it can sit anywhere. One button changes the light and there's an on/off switch underneath. Takes 2 AAA batteries (not included).
How long until it arrives?
Every item is made for you after you order, so nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting to be grabbed off a shelf.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once it's on the way, USPS delivery takes another 4–7 business days depending on where you are.
Shipping is free on orders over $49. Under that, it's a flat $5.99. We currently ship within the USA only.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
What if I don't love it?
You'll see a live preview before you order, so there are no surprises. If it still isn't what you hoped, email support@puppyjo.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll email you a one-time code for the price of the item. Nothing to send back.
Damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Send a photo and we'll replace it free, or refund you in full.
