I really support this company. I ordered a sweatshirt, and the size was too large. I asked about an exchange, and they're sending me the correct size and to told me to keep the larger size. I'll be donating it to someone in need. My doddle is a therapy dog, so I will be wearing my Puppy Jo shirts when we visit schools, hospitals, and senior residences. Support this family-owned business that gives to rescue.

I operate a dog boarding business, and I requested my 3 doodles appear in an image. They not only did it very quickly once I told them what kind of doodles I have, but the also customized the multi-colored bernedoodle to look exactly like our guy! I love it!

What is this tote made of?
A poly, cotton and linen blend, with black handles and a black zipper across the top.
Inside there's a zippered pocket for your phone, wallet and keys, and the handles are double reinforced for durability. Each tote is made for you after you order.
How big is the tote?
It's 21" × 14" — a weekender-size bag, made for bigger loads like a laptop, a blanket or a day's worth of dog gear.
Where are you located?
We're a US-based company. Your tote is made to order by our production partner and ships straight to you.
How long until it arrives?
Every item is made for you after you order, so nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting to be grabbed off a shelf.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once it's on the way, USPS delivery takes another 4–7 business days depending on where you are.
Shipping is free on orders over $49. Under that, it's a flat $5.99. We currently ship within the USA only.

Nothing to send back. Changed your mind or want a different design? Email support@puppyjo.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll email you a one-time code for the price of the item. Keep the original or pass it on.
