I really support this company. I ordered a sweatshirt, and the size was too large. I asked about an exchange, and they're sending me the correct size and to told me to keep the larger size. I'll be donating it to someone in need. My doddle is a therapy dog, so I will be wearing my Puppy Jo shirts when we visit schools, hospitals, and senior residences. Support this family-owned business that gives to rescue.

I operate a dog boarding business, and I requested my 3 doodles appear in an image. They not only did it very quickly once I told them what kind of doodles I have, but the also customized the multi-colored bernedoodle to look exactly like our guy! I love it!

What is this long sleeve made of?
It's a Bella+Canvas 3501 long sleeve — 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 4.2 oz midweight jersey, pre-shrunk for a consistent fit wash after wash.
Smooth and soft with just enough warmth for cooler days, and thin enough to layer under a jacket without bulk.
What size should I get?
Runs true to size with a relaxed unisex fit.
There's a full size chart on this page — tap Size Guide before you order. Most women take their usual size; only go up if you're between sizes or layering over a tee.
Where are you located?
We're a US-based company, and we print right here in the USA. Our printers are in Florida and Texas.
How long until it arrives?
Every item is made for you after you order, so nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting to be grabbed off a shelf.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once it's on the way, USPS delivery takes another 4–7 business days depending on where you are.
Shipping is free on orders over $49. Under that, it's a flat $5.99. We currently ship within the USA only.

What if it doesn't fit, or I don't love it?
Wrong size? Email support@puppyjo.com within 30 days of delivery with the size you need and we'll make it right. Changed your mind or want a different design? We'll email you a one-time code for the price of the item.
Damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Send a photo and we'll replace it free, or refund you in full.
