I really support this company. I ordered a sweatshirt, and the size was too large. I asked about an exchange, and they're sending me the correct size and to told me to keep the larger size. I'll be donating it to someone in need. My doddle is a therapy dog, so I will be wearing my Puppy Jo shirts when we visit schools, hospitals, and senior residences. Support this family-owned business that gives to rescue.

I operate a dog boarding business, and I requested my 3 doodles appear in an image. They not only did it very quickly once I told them what kind of doodles I have, but the also customized the multi-colored bernedoodle to look exactly like our guy! I love it!

What is the keychain made of?
The pendant is high-quality surgical steel, on a curb-style chain and key ring. Your doodle's portrait goes on the front.
Each keychain is personalized for you in the USA after you order — never pulled off a shelf.
How big is it?
The heart pendant is 0.9" (23.5 mm) across — about the size of a quarter — and the key ring is 1.1" (28 mm) across. Small enough for any key ring, big enough to see their face every day.
Where are you located?
We're a US-based company, and every keychain is personalized here in the USA by our production partner, then ships straight to you.
How long until it arrives?
Every item is made for you after you order, so nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting to be grabbed off a shelf.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once it's on the way, USPS delivery takes another 4–7 business days depending on where you are.
Shipping is free on orders over $49. Under that, it's a flat $5.99. We currently ship within the USA only.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
